Deploy aquatic comm relays near Logjam Lumberyard is one of the resistance quests in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.
To complete the challenge, you must first establish a device uplink near Logjam Lumberyardthen find three of the four aquatic communication relays nearby.
Completing each stage of this challenge will reward you with 23K XP, which will help you unlock new Battle Pass skins.

How to Uplink Device Near Logjam Lumberyard in Fortnite
To complete this stage, you must first go to Logjam Lumberyard. If you haven’t filled this area on your map yet, head to the large body of water in the northwest corner of the map to find the landmark.
To establish a device uplink in Logjam Lumberyard, look for the northeast corner of the lake, located just below the Lumberyard buildings.
As with many other challenges in Chapter 3 Season 2, the device you’re looking for is a metallic circle on the ground with a blue holographic image displayed above it. Hold down the button that appears when you approach to uplink the device and get 23K XP.
Chapter 3 Season 2 is here! New additions include red and blue lines across the Fortnite map and rebuild quests, including finding and destroying an IO build jammer and recovering missing battle bus blueprints. Meanwhile, the Victory Crowns and Character Collection have been reset, while there’s a new Victory Umbrella to find.
How to deploy aquatic comm relays near Logjam Lumberyard
Once you’ve established a Device Uplink, it’s time to deploy Aquatic Comm Relays near Logjam Lumberyard!
As their name suggests, Aquatic Communication Relays should be placed in water. Swim in the lake right in front of you at Logjam Lumberyard to begin your search.
Two aquatic comms relays are located in the middle of the north side of the lake, near where you uplinked the device. The other two are in the middle of the lake, before it splits into two rivers.
Keep an eye on your minimap while searching, as Relays will appear as an exclamation mark inside a white diamond symbol to help you locate them more easily.
For this challenge, you’re looking for faded white devices that look like small satellite dishes. Press the required button once near a relay to continue the quest.
Once three Relays have been deployed in the lake, you will be rewarded with 23,000 XP. You can then move on to the next resistance challenge which tasks you with establishing another uplink device and then transmitting data to a drone.
