Charity and creativity is a mini-event included in the global Of Ballads and Brews event at Genshin Impact during version 3.1.
After obtaining funds to open a shop as part of the Weinlesefest celebrations in Of Ballads and Brews, you will then need to balance your business funds through several customer cycles in the “Manage Shop” section of the event.
You can get rewards such as Primogems for hitting certain milestones each day while running the shop, and there are also rewards for earning a million in trade revenue during each combined day. The event gives you a lot of information, so below we have all Genshin Impact Charity and Creativity event customer cycle solutions to help you.

Genshin Impact Charity and Creativity Event Explained
To access the Charity and Creativity event as part of Of Ballads and Brews, you must be at least Adventure Rank 21 years old and have completed Razor’s ‘Lupus Minor Chapter: Act 1 – The Meaning of Lupical’ History quest.
Once you have completed “Sounds From Afar”, the first act of this event story quest, you will then have access to the four mini-events that make up Of Ballad and Brews, including Charity and Creativity, when they will be available.
The Of Ballads and Brews Event until Monday 17 October, with more customer cycle days in Charity and Creativity’s “Manage Store” section becoming routinely available in the days following its September 30 opening. There are no fixed dates available for new Client Cycle Days to appear, so check back every day to see if another has been added.
As for the gameplay itself, you will need to obtain funds to open the shop before you can manage it. This involves completing two short quests where you have to negotiate wine ingredient prices and sell some of your own personally collected ingredients to wine vendors at the festival.

Once you’ve opened the shop and had a chat with Fischl and Mona, you’re free to start earning!
For each customer cycle day, you will now have to manage your funds according to three different priorities: product quality, sales efficiency and overall service. Adjusting these three sliders while applying the right Store Strategies until they’re perfect will get you more “Business Income” and more rewards.
At some point, you’ll also be able to hire your Genshin Impact friends as helpers to help out, but right now it doesn’t seem necessary to earn all the rewards.
Eventually, you’ll run three stores at once after hitting a certain milestone, which might have something to do with the locked “Charity Alliance” section of rewards that aren’t currently available.

There are ten Day 1 Customer Cycle Solutions of Charity and Creativity, and you can earn a total of x60 Primogems, x60 Festive Fever, 90,000 Mora, and x15 Ascension Materials for get at least 80,000 business income.
Here is every customer cycle solution for Day 1 of Charity and Creativity in Genshin Impact:

No store stratagems are available yet, so all you have to do is spend your business earnings until they reach the marked bar:

Again, no store stratagems are available yet, so simply spend your business earnings until they reach the marked bar:

Now that you have unlocked a Shop Stratagem location, select ‘Attentive service’ under the ‘Service’ tab in Shop Stratagems, then set the sliders to:

Select ‘Attentive service’ under the ‘Service’ tab and “A Steady Hand” under the “Quality” tab in Shop Stratagems, then set the sliders to:

Select ‘The cost of crafting’ under the ‘Quality’ tab and ‘Attentive service’ under the ‘Service’ tab in Shop Stratagems, then set the sliders to:

For questions about unexpected situations, you can probably answer anything, but if you want to be safe, we’ve answered “What was he drinking?” and ‘Put a Cryo Slime in each box’. This is when you unlock helpers, so if you can use them here, we recommend you do – but if you can’t, you can still get all the day 1 rewards by following the solutions below below.

For the unexpected event, select the “Better check the package” the option when it appears.
If you did not follow the solutions above and you have not yet earned a total of 80,000 business income, we actually recommend that you use the “Trial and error at zero cost” scheme under “Feedback ” instead of one of the Stratagems below. This will give you 10,000 additional trade revenue for each customer cycle if you are below this trade revenue total.

If you have followed our customer cycle solutions, you will have approximately 95,000 business income (depending on the amount you carried forward from the fundraising quest), which will unlock all Charity and Creativity Day 1 rewards, and you’ll be just under 10% of that total one million corporate revenue goal for the event.
