How to disable the lock in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores
To disable the lock in the Stars in Their Eyes quest in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores, you need to replace three power nodes. To do this, you must fight your way through Devout Quen in the room to access the three separate nodes.
As you progress through the rooms, Seyka will provide you with reinforcement, but you still need to be careful as Quen devotees are quite tough opponents. However, you can find several Ancient Supply Boxes hidden in the lowered sections of this area. They’re usually hidden behind railings or against walls, which can provide much-needed cover while you loot them.
How to find the first power node to break the lockdown in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores
To find the first Power Node you need to replace, you need to face the platform Zeth is standing on.
From there, head to the door on your left. Two Quen devotees will be waiting for you in this room (or they will come out towards you as you get closer). Delete them as desired, otherwise they will make it impossible to replace the node.
Once the Quen are gone, head into the room and look left. You should see the node stuck against the wall here.
How to find the second power node to break the lockdown in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores
The second power node to break the lock is on the opposite side of the room from the previous one. Exit the room where you found the first node and look to your right. You should see a walkway leading to the other side of the area. There are also Quen guards on it.
Cross the gateway and deal with the Quen. Once you are on the other side of the catwalk, the knot room will be on your right. There will be two more Quen guards here. Deal with them like you did the others, then head into the room and the power node will be on your left.
How to find the third power node to break the lockdown in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores
Exit the room where the previous knot was and stand next to the pile just outside the room.
From there, look towards the door in front of you. Then look down and to the left in the lowered area. On the other side of this lowered area, you should see another open door.
Drop down here and take down the Quen guards inside before overriding the final node.
That’s it! Once you have replaced all three nodes, the lock will be stopped. However, we recommend looting any boxes you haven’t touched yet and collecting health potions or medical gear from the area, as the next part of this quest is brutal combat.
Good luck!
