How to find golden chickens in Fortnite
Unfortunately, the news is that you have to have a keen eye and some luck to find a golden chicken. There are times when we’ve gone through a match without encountering one, but there are others where we found one instantly.
However, there are a few tricks to use when trying to find a golden chicken in Fortnite and the most important one is to hang around points of interest and look where you would typically expect to find the non-golden version of this bird.
With this in mind, here are the best places to search for a golden chicken in Fortnite:
- Fencing fields
- Arrogant steppes
- Pleasant place
- Reckless railways
We especially found a golden chicken at grassy areas around fencing fields and the northeastern edge of the Snooty Steppes on this season’s Fortnite map. However, you must remember that you are not guaranteed to find them here: it seems that they appear randomly on the map.
To complete a Midas event quest, you must “capture” (grab) a golden chicken. To do this, run near him and use the guest command to grab him. What you do with it after you get it is up to you.
Where to find golden eggs in Fortnite
Now, they have nothing to do with a quest, but collecting golden eggs can give you a significant gold bar boost.
