To get Bomb Billy in Fortnite, you must either defeat Billy the Puppet, collect some from downed players, as ground loot, from chests, or as a reward for completing the Jigsaw challenge.
The location of Billy the Puppet is inside the big white house in Freaky Fields. Defeat them with a powerful or rapid-fire weapon to collect some Bomb Billy as ground loot.
You can complete the Jigsaw challenge by interacting with a number of TVs scattered around the Fortnitemares map, killing your assigned target to get some Bomb Billy as a reward (along with other useful items.)
Keep your eyes peeled, as you can loot Bomb Billys from eliminated players – so be sure to check their reserves when they drop. Remember that you can also find this item as ground loot and in chests around the map.
