Collecting pearls in Tchia is one of the first tasks you encounter. With little to do, it’s up to you to explore your surroundings and dive into the depths to find out where that object might be.
The first mission you’ll need in Tchia is for the Custom for Tre, and luckily you don’t have to search too far to find the items you need. You’ll need to be careful how you use your energy when looking for the pearls, as running out of them can be deadly.

How to Get Chia Pearls
In China, Pearls can be found underwater in Clams that live on the seabed. However, finding them while keeping enough energy to not drown is the biggest challenge, especially when you need to get two for the Custom for Tre.
Unless the water is really clear, it’s hard to see a clam from the surface. We recommend diving into the water halfway to the surface, then scanning your surroundings to see if there are any clams on the ground.
When you spot a clam and swim near it, this symbol will appear to let you know it contains a pearl:
Then, once you find a clam, return to the surface to recharge your energy before diving down to get it.
Once you get to the clam, swim over to it and use the command shown in the bottom left corner of your screen to pick up the pearl. Once you pick the pearl from the clam, it will move into your inventory.
