Where to find the Captain Henqua's Treasury Map
You get the Captain Henqua's Butin's Treasure map from the lighthouse located in the southwest region of Dawnshore, just west of Claviger's Landing. More specifically, it is on a corpse found near the top of the lighthouse.

Captain Henqua's booty treasure is next to a hidden chest in an underwater cove east of the old Pargrun wall in Dawnshore.
Immerse yourself in the river between the old wall of Pargun and the paradise to locate the entrance to the cove on the west side of the river, near the bridge.
