While Kafka will likely be featured as a boosted 5-star character on one of the upcoming Version 1.2 Banners, she will eventually return to Honkai Star Rail at some point in the future when the Banner schedule returns.

Honkai Star Rail Kafka Kit

  • Scarcity: 5 stars.
  • Basic attack: Midnight Uproar (Deals lightning damage equal to 50% of Kafka’s attack stats to a single enemy).
  • Skill: Caressing Moonlight (Deals lightning damage equal to 50% of Kafka’s attack stats to a single enemy and lightning damage equal to 30% of Kafka’s attack stats to adjacent enemies. If target enemy is already affected by DoTs, those DoT effects immediately damage him for 60% of the original DoT damage).

  • Bonus Track 1: Torture (When DoTs immediately damage enemies due to Kafka’s skill or ultimate, their damage multiplier is increased by 24% of Kafka’s break effect, up to a maximum of 24 %).
  • Bonus Track 2: Plunder (if an enemy is defeated while in shock, Kafka also regenerates 5 energy points).
  • Bonus Track 3: Thorns (Kafka’s talent has a 20% base chance to increase the DoT enemies receive, and his ultimate has a 20% base chance to electrocute enemies).

Much like Ascension, to get the most out of using Kafka, you’ll need to enhance his attacks and passive abilities using Trace materials, which vary from character to character.

Honkai Star Rail Kafka Eidolons

By obtaining doubloons of Kafka from Warping on Banners, you will receive his Eidolon. This gear lets you unlock Eidolon Tiers, with each upgrade enhancing either an existing attack or passive ability.

Here are all of Kafka’s Eidolons in Honkai: Star Rail:

  • Da Capo (E1): Instead of immediately receiving Shock damage when Kafka uses his Ultimate, enemies will now immediately receive damage from all currently applied DoT sources.
  • Very strong (E2): Weakness Break effectiveness increased by 50%.
  • Whim (E3): Increases Kafka’s skill level by two, with a maximum buff level of 15, and increases his basic attack by one with a maximum buff level of 10.
  • Recitative (E4): The duration of the DoT increase caused by Kafka’s Talent is extended by one turn. This effect can stack up to two times.
  • Painful (E5): Increases the level of Kafka’s Ultimate and Talent by two with a maximum enhancement level of 15 for both.
  • Lightweight (E6): Kafka’s Ultimate increases the damage multiplier of Shock dealt to enemies by 130% and extends the duration of Shock by one turn.
