Seth’s Kit

Seth is a A-rank electric character with Defense specialty which deals Slash type damage.

Keeping in mind that all the percentages mentioned below are based on level 1 skills and this is beta information leaked by hakush.in that might change upon its official release, here is a quick summary of Seth’s Kit in Zenless Zone Zero:

• Passive Basic Skill: Protector – When Seth uses the EX Special Attack: Lightning Strike – High Voltage, he gains a Resolve Shield equal to 40% of his initial Attack, up to a maximum of 3,000 and lasting for 25 seconds. This can be triggered once every 10 seconds. When the Basic Attack: Lightning Strike – Electrified or Follow-Up Assist: Public Safety Decision triggers a Quick Assist or Chain Attack, forcing another squad member onto the field, that squad member gains a Resolve Shield equal to 40% of Seth’s initial Attack, up to a maximum of 3,000 and lasting for 25 seconds. This can be triggered once every 10 seconds. A Resolve Shield grants a 50 point increase to Anomaly Mastery.
• Additional basic skill: High Spirit – When another character in your squad shares the same attribute or faction: When Seth’s Chain Attack or Finisher during the Basic Attack: Lightning Strike – Electrified hits an enemy, the target’s resistance to stacking anomalies on all attributes is reduced by 20%, for 20 seconds.

Basic Attack: Thunderbolt – Electrified

When the resolution is above 75%, hold the basic attack button to activate it. Here are its effects:

• Consume 75% Resolve to launch continuous attacks in front of you, followed by a final blow that deals Electric damage.
• When the finishing blow hits an enemy, it triggers the Quick Assist of the squad member positioned before Seth.
• Anti-interruption level is increased when using this skill.

Seth accumulates 75% resolution in:

• Using his EX special attack.
• Using his chain attack.
• Using his ultimate.
• Upon entering battle (if his second Mindscape cinema is activated).

Obtaining duplicates of Seth will grant you his Agent Focus. This material allows you to unlock levels of Mindscape Cinema, with each upgrade improving an existing attack or passive ability.

With beta information from hakush.in, here is Seth’s Mindscape Cinema in Zenless Zone Zero:

• Heroism (MC1): The shield value provided by Shield of Firm Resolve and its maximum cap are increased by 30%. When Shield of Firm Resolve ends, the anomaly mastery boost provided by the basic passive: Protector lasts for an additional 10 seconds.
• The carelessness of youth (MC2):Upon entering battle, Seth immediately gains 75% Resolve, and hitting an enemy with his basic attack: Lightning Strike – Electrified increases the move’s Electrical Anomaly accumulation by 35%.
• Slow reflexes (MC3):Base attack, dodge, assist, special attack, and chain attack levels increased by two.
• Fundamental Aspiration (MC4):Stun caused by Defensive Assist: Thunder Shield is increased by 25%.
• Distant Admiration (MC5):Base attack, dodge, assist, special attack, and chain attack levels increased by two.
• Idealist (MC6):When Seth lands a finishing blow with his basic attack: Lightning Strike – Electrified, he deals additional damage equal to 500% of his Attack. The attack is guaranteed to trigger a critical strike, and the critical strike damage is increased by 60%.
