Where to find eggs in Palworld
You can obtain eggs in two different ways in Palworld: by finding them in the wild or by breeding.
When it comes to finding eggs in the wild, you need to keep an eye out for a small nest with, of course, an egg inside. In our experience, eggs are more likely to be found near rocky outcrops or on cliffs. Eggs discovered in the wild are expected to reappear after a few days.
It’s also important to note that of the three egg sizes – Regular, Large and Huge – Regular eggs are the easiest to find in the wild, while Huge eggs are the rarest.
If you prefer to take a more structured approach to finding eggs, you can obtain them through breeding buddies. This method is perfect for breeding specific buddies with powerful abilities to manage your base or fight.
However, to raise Pal you must first reach level 19, and from that point on you will be able to unlock the Mixed Farm for two tech points.
To build the Mixed Farm, you will need:

- Peter – 20

How to Hatch Eggs in Palworld
To hatch an egg in Palworld, you must first place it in an incubator. After that, a timer will appear on the incubator showing how much real time you will have to wait until the egg hatches. The time is determined by the size and type of egg; for example, we found that common eggs hatched more quickly than frozen eggs.
You can, however, reduce the time it takes for an egg to hatch by increasing its incubation speed. This requires meeting any additional criteria an egg might have, such as being too hot or too cold. Keep in mind that this criteria changes depending on the type of egg you’re trying to hatch – hot eggs, which hatch for Fire-type buddies, prefer to be kept warm, but wet eggs for Water-types. need cooler temperatures.
Once you have met these criteria, if necessary, you will see the words “Seems very comfortable” and the incubation speed will be “+100%”. All you have to do is wait for the egg to hatch, leaving the incubator if it takes a long time, and hatch the friend when it’s ready!
If your group is full, the Pal will automatically be sent to the Pal Box.
How to Reheat Eggs in Palworld: Incubator Seems a Little Cold Explained
One problem you might encounter when incubating eggs in Palworld is that the incubator will claim that the egg “feels a little cold.” When this happens, the egg’s incubation rate will decrease, meaning it will take longer to hatch.
An egg will cool down either because it hatches a Buddy that prefers warmer temperatures, like a Fire-type, or because your Incubator is placed outside and night has fallen, bringing the cold with it.
An easy way to keep your eggs warm is to place the incubator inside a building. The downside, however, is that eggs that prefer the cold won’t be very comfortable in this incubator, so it’s a good idea to build another incubator outside.
If your incubator is already outside, you can start a campfire next to it. Although this will only cost you 10 wood, it will only increase the incubation speed to 50%.
Instead, the best way to keep eggs warm outdoors is to build a heater. This is unlocked at level 17 and costs two tech points.
You’ll need a Fire-type buddy in your base to operate the heater and building it requires:
- Ingot – 20
- Coal – 10
- Flame organ – 5
