How to Access the Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta and How to Receive a Code

To access the Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta, you had to register on the official website before September 30. If you haven’t done it in time, you will unfortunately have missed your shot!

The registration process up to this time involved the following; go to the official Street Fighter 6 website, then select “Request a Closed Beta Test”. This required you to have a Capcom ID – basically a Capcom account, which you could retrieve from this link – and after entering it you were set.

If you registered and were successful – there is no guarantee that every registration will receive a code – then you receive a code on Wednesday, October 5 to the email address assigned to you. It will come from an ‘@cid.capcom.com’ address – so be sure to check your spam folders in case it doesn’t end up in your usual inbox.

Capcom also said the codes might be slightly delayed for some players – so please be patient and hope it arrives soon.

If you missed out, with the full release still a bit away, there may be more beta testing to come.

Final note – to be able to access the closed beta, you need a PS5, Xbox Series X|S or PC. No Xbox One or PS4 availability unfortunately!
