If you just entered The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of WisdomI’m sure you’ve already realized how vast its open world is. With so much to do, it can be easy to overlook some of the more useful side quests. Don’t worry, here we leave you a list of six missions that you cannot miss at the start of your adventure.
Hunting for cuckoos
- Location: The difference is Kakariko
- Reward: Fairy bottle
A classic returns! In Kakariko, a woman has lost her cuckoo clocks and she needs you to find them. Although most are easy to locate, one is a little tricky on top of a windmill. The reward for your efforts? A magical bottle, essential to recharge your batteries in difficult situations.
Basolt, master pyrotechnician
- Location: Goron Town
- Reward: 50 Rupees + Replica Firework Cannon
Travel to Goron City, where a fireworks artist needs explosive dirt for his show. Although the initial reward is Rupees, the most interesting thing is the replica firework cannon, perfect for distracting enemies while you plan your next stealth move.
The missing mare
- Location: Hyrule Ranch
- Reward: a horse
If you want to visit Hyrule on the back of a trusty horse, this mission is for you. A lost horse must be rescued near Hyrule Ranch. After completing this simple quest, you will be able to choose a horse and travel the vast world of Hyrule.

- Location: First Deku Merchant you meet
- Reward: Spotting scope + Binoculars
This mission is activated when you prepare your first juice. The Deku Merchants need you to prepare ten juices for them, and in exchange they will give you the Spyglass and the Binoculars, which will make it easier for you to find ingredients in the world.
The stamp guy
- Location: N / A
- Reward: Several
Do you like collectibles? This NPC appears when you activate a sealing station in Hyrule. Collect stamps to get prizes like fresh milk, golden eggs and much more.
Dream Dojo
- Location: The difference is Kakariko
- Reward: Miscellaneous + Piece of Heart
Enter the Dream Dojo to face monsters in different scenarios. Overcoming these challenges will give you useful materials and, better yet, pieces of heart, essential for improving your health.
These quests will not only help you get great rewards from the start, but also allow you to enjoy the vast world of Hyrule In Echoes of Wisdom. Don’t hesitate to complete them and you will be more than prepared to take on the challenges that await you!
