Regarding vehicles, we recommend the Quad Bear and the Mininomobile for the lightest and heaviest (Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Birdo/Estela, King Boo, Link) and the Splatoon Tornado for the more balanced (Luigi, Iggy).
