THE longhouses function for you as personal spaces that provide access to many features. You unlock the first longhouse during the Follow your Blade Twin missionbut you get more as you progress through the game.
In longhouses you have access to many functions. You can store items and send your peregrine dog to fetch money. In the Relaxation menuyou can wait for time to pass in case you need to be at a specific time of the day to start a mission, find the option to respec your character as well as change their appearance or the appearance of your equipment.
