Previous legacy NEXT guide explaining the mysterious Atlas, how to follow it, and the rewards of completing the Atlas Path.
Note: As for the big NEXT update for summer 2018, this page is now out of date. If you play a different kind of game from back in the beginning it works fine, but otherwise we will be leaving it for future generations, and as a reference to anyone looking back, at a simpler time. …
Nothing good The story of No Man & # 39; s Sky – is a game of all exploration, but one thing that stands out as the more edited narrative is Atlas Path. Though invisible, easily lost, and unexplained, you will still have to interact with Atlas in No Man & # 39; s Sky – as long as you get your hands on Atlas Pass.
So what exactly is Atlas Path, how do you complete it, and what's the end? Obviously, they do not fully rob will follow.
Please note that our No Man & # 39; s Sky guidelines are in the process of being updated after the launch of No Man & # 39; s Sky BEYOND – for now, this page may contain a lot of useful information, but remember it's worth refreshing! What is the Atlas approach to No Man & # 39; s Sky?
Atlas Path is one of the & # 39; ways & # 39; three to take on your No Man & # 39; s Sky tour – the other two, either, free exploration or burning yourself with a galactic spine. The closest thing to a straightforward storyline or storyline is to the game, and it centers on a great part of the conversation you will have with foreign NPCs, and the interaction of things throughout your journey.
The first chance you will get is to join Atlas Path early in the game. When you browse your crumbling site, you will find a piece of trash that screams a burning red orb in an interview. That orb will give you the opportunity to follow Atlas or do your free exploration. If you choose to follow it, a mark will be added to your galactic map of the nearest program containing the original Atlas Interface.
In each Interface, you will interact with a large orb or something that seems to represent Atlas in some way, while a certain delightful text describes your thoughts and character in a strange situation.
If you deny the opportunity to follow the Atlas guide at the beginning of the game, you can still take it. To join Atlas Path, you will need to find Nada and Polo within Space Anomaly and select the Atlas Path option when talking to Nada. The two aliens seem to have appeared randomly – unless you're already in Atlas Path – and in order to find them, you'll need to scan as many new systems as possible until the announcement of Space Anomaly. The purple icon is from your HUD star.
How to complete Atlas Path on No Man & # 39; s Sky
To complete the Atlas Path, you will need to follow a series of steps:
- Start Atlas Path – either at the start of the game, or by finding Nada and Polo, select the Atlas Path dialog option (see above).
- Go to one Atlas Interface at a time – each time you access the new Atlas Interface – there are eleven in total – the following will be highlighted on your galactic map. All you have to do is copy the Warp Cells each access, and follow the path illuminated by your map. Most Atlas sites offer two Warp Cells inside for free, but you can also create Warp Cells using Antimatter, which we explained how to create and retrieve.
- Keep a hold of your Atlas Stones – as we've reported before, analysts at No Man & # 39; s Sky have suggested from the beginning that it's a good idea to hold on to your Atlas Stones. That's because you'll need 10 to completely complete Atlas Path – although we'll explain it below, in the end it makes no difference – and you'll only be given 10 for free on the way. If you lost or sold them, Atlas Stones can purchased from the Galactic Trade Terminal or NPC, but will cost you Unpping 2-5 million active. Check out our tips on the fastest ways to earn more money when you're in a crisis situation.
- Hit at least 50 miles to go – you will need a "MAGELLAN" theme to completely complete Atlas Path, although each Atlas Interface you encounter will need another position at the top of your unique reach to continue & # 39; moving & # 39; it will. Destroy ships, earn some cash, warp on new plans, get some trekking and generally play the game to free yourself when you're behind.

Atlas Path leaks to No Man & # 39; s Sky
All of this might have felt like following the Atlas Path was a fruitless endeavor. In many ways, not trivial to the subject, of course – however there are many other rewards you can get by the way you do, almost, make it worthwhile:
- Ends this story – the last requirement of Atlas Path is to return 10 Atlas Stones you found there. All that wasted space will give you a chance to be born a new star if you do so – but this is only explained to you in writing, and changed something about the game, so only give it to you if you want that idea to be perfect (and not much).
- Atlas stones – you will receive one Atlas Stone each time you visit and interact with the Atlas Interface, next to the end time, which means 10 total. If you are not interested in accessing that archive of content, this can be sold for a very high price of 70,000 Units, or about 140,000 if you hold on to it until you find a trader with his or her needs. Note that the Atlas Stones serve no other purpose, and they occupy one central location of your inventory, so there is no other reason to hold on to them other than that.
- Warp Cells – Most, but not all, Atlas Interfaces will offer you two Warp Cells, which are mounted on boards in front of the main road itself.
- New technology – Each Interface will provide you with new or unique technologies, which we found were very common in our Exosiut. Just go down the middle path of the orb you are floating to use, but be aware that this can, and often, double, to those you know.
- New words are learned – a somewhat overlooked point about Atlas Path access that gives you new names in the Gek, Vy & # 39; keen languages and Korvax languages. Inside each Atlas Interface is an area around your ship. In it are many silver orbs, which will come out as you run over them. Each one has the opportunity to teach you a new word, and you'll usually choose from 10 to 15 words each time you move around the Interface, making it a great way to quickly learn game languages and complete your journey.
Finally, once you have completed the path, you will be shown the path to the Black Hole, which will take you a little closer to the galactic context. Besides, that's all there is to do with Atlas Path – you are now free from the Atlas chains and free to continue finding your heart's content.
