“A secret mission into uncharted space” is the first Toy Story Realm quest in Disney Valley of Dreams.
You must complete the quest to invite Buzz to the valley, which also allows you to invite Woody.

How to Unlock Toy Story Realm in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To unlock the Toy Story kingdom and get Woody and Buzz in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to go to Dream Castle in the Plaza biome and use 7,000 Dreamlights on the door with the alien printed on it, to the right of the frozen realm.
You can get Dreamlight quickly by visiting a Workbench and converting your Dream Fragments into Dreamlight, or completing Village Duties.
Where to find AA batteries for the quest “A Secret Mission In to Uncharted Space” at Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once you’ve gone through the door and into the Toy Story kingdom, you need to talk to Buzz, who’s on the desk by the bed. Climb the wooden blocks and the red platform under the table to reach it.
Buzz goes into Spanish mode for a while when you encounter him, so you need to find two AA batteries to fix him.
Both AA batteries in the kingdom of Toy Story are:
- Right in front of the bed, behind the ladder and the stack of boxes and books.
- To the left of the bed, near the stack of books.
Once you find the batteries and collect them, bring them back to Buzz for help. Next, you’ll need to find ten Race Car Track Parts to start Woody’s rescue plan.
Where to find Race Car Track Parts for “A Secret Mission Into Uncharted Space” quest at Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are ten pieces of race car track located all around Bonnie’s bedroom in the Toy Story kingdom. Some are short, some long, but they all shine.
To speed up your search, here’s where to find all the race car track parts at Disney Dreamlight Valley:
Race Car Track Part 1 Location
The first long piece of track is across from the bed, near the ladder where you found one of the batteries.
Race Car Track 2 Coin Location
To the left of the bed, near the green box.
Race Car Track Part 3 Location
To the left of the bed, and just up the second track, near the bedside table.
Race Car Track Part 4 Location
In the white cupboard, to the left of the bed.
Race Car Track Room 5 Location
Opposite the bed, to the left of the Dream Castle white gate.
Race Car Track Part 6 Location
Opposite the bed, to the left of the ladder, behind the green chair.
Race Car Track Part 7 Location
Opposite the bed, to the left of the ladder, behind the penguin’s stack of books.
Race Car Track Part 8 Location
To the right of the bed, in front of the green table legs.
Race Car Track Part 9 Location
To the right of the bed, behind the green legs of the table.
Race Car Track Room 10 Location
To the right of the bed in the corner of the bedroom.
Now that you’ve found all the Race Car Track Parts, bring them back to Buzz to continue the quest.
Magic cactus locations for the quest “A Secret Mission Into Uncharted Space” at Disney Dreamlight Valley
Your next task is to collect five magic cacti growing in the room. These don’t look like cacti, because they haven’t grown yet. So be on the lookout for plastic circles in different colors.
After collecting these cacti, you will then need to place them on pieces of race track and water them.

The first cactus is located right at the base of the bed, next to the blocks and the red ramp you use to get up.

In the white cupboard to the left of the bed.

Opposite the bed to the left of the ladder, near the green chair and the stack of books.

To the right of the bed, in the corner of the bedroom.
Now that you have all the magic cacti growing, place one on the small piece of race track to the left of the bed.
Place two at each end of the track pieces near the portal to Dream Castle.
Place the last two cacti on the rails to the right of the bed, near the green chair.
You have to water the cacti for them to grow, but be sure to do this while the track pieces are highlighted in white, or it won’t work. If it doesn’t highlight the white for you, try basting it on the other side.
Talk to Buzz, then take the toy car to the ladder in front of the bed to finally carry out his plan and get Woody back!

Bonnie’s drawing locations for “A Secret Mission Into Uncharted Space” quest at Disney Dreamlight Valley
Toy Story Realm’s latest collectible challenge tasks you with finding and taking pictures of four of Bonnie’s designs. The quest is worded a bit confusingly, but you’ll want to be on the lookout for designs that have stars around the paper – not stars in the designs themselves.
Once you’ve located one of Bonnie’s correct designs, pull out your phone and take a selfie with her picture.

It’s a pink design in front of the bed, above the green chair and the stacks of books.

The second of Bonnie’s drawings is on yellow paper and is inside the white box to the right of the bed.

It is a drawing on green paper, located on the floor to the left of the bed, near the bedside table.

You will find Bonnie’s latest drawings in the white cupboard. It’s on the left side, and it’s on purple paper.
Report to Buzz and Woody when you take a picture of Bonnie’s four drawings. All you have to do now is go back to the valley and place Buzz’s caravan in any biome (which can be found in the furniture section of your inventory). It will then cost you 10,000 Star Gold to build the caravan.
Once you give Scrooge McDuck the 10,000 Star Coins, Buzz will then join your village and you can continue his personal quest.
After talking with Buzz, you’ll also unlock the “You’re My Favorite Deputy” quest, which brings Woody to your village when you complete it.
