Chilli Jueyun is an ascension material in Genshin Impact which you will need if you want to get the most out of certain characters.
Genshin Impact 3.4 introduced us all to the adorable Yaoyao, a four-star Dendro character and our first healer in this element. If you want to make her strong enough to keep up with your other characters, you’ll need to pick chili to make that happen.
The good news is that it’s one of Genshin Impact’s ascension materials that grows in clusters, meaning it can be a lot less tiring to find than something like the Scarabs that Cyno needs to. gain strength.
We have the truth where to find Jueyun peppers and what you can use them for too. Just read on for all the info on this hot ingredient.

What is Jueyun Chili for in Genshin Impact?
Jueyun Chili is a chili pepper that grows in certain areas of Liyue that you will need to go pick yourself, or collect in a group using Nahida’s elemental skill. They are one of countless ascension materials in the game that can be found in the world, and they take two days to respawn.
You will also need a lot of them, as fully ascending a character will require 168 Jueyun Chilis.
The only two characters that need this item right now are Xiangling, everyone’s favorite Pyro sub-DPS, and Yaoyao, the brand new Dendro healer.
Version 3.4 is almost here, so redeem these codes for Primogems to prepare for Alhaitham and Yaoyao, which we’ll be adding to our tier list soon. You will need the luck of the Pity and 50/50 systems for Wish with Fate for them and future Banners, and you still need the correct Adventure Rank for Events. We also have tips and tricks for beginners, Dendroculus locations, explanations for fishing on fishing spots, and the list of Genius Invokation TCG maps and locations help. Where to find Jueyun Chili in Genshin Impact
There are three main locations where you can find Jueyun Chili, and if you want to make it easier for yourself, be sure to bring Yanfei or Qiqi, as these two characters mark Liyue specialties on your minimap.
The first point of your chili picking adventure is at east of Stone Gate in Liyue. Here in the cliffs, you can find a few bundles of Jueyun Chilis dotted in a sort of vertical line on the minimap, as you can see in the image below.
The next step is the wonderful Qingce Village. We recommend starting at the easternmost waypoint here and then working your way westward as you go. If you also need Glaze Lilies, now is a good time to grab them as you go.
Most of the Jueyun Chilis are found in the area surrounding Qingqun Peak and Jueyun Karst. Due to the scatter of these Jueyun Chilis, it’s best to use the various waypoints liberally to move around as fast as possible.
The Huanguang Stone Forest clusters are particularly long to grab due to the verticality involved. If you’re not on a tight time frame, we recommend sticking to the first two locations and farming them over multiple days rather than racing here, but it’s up to you how you choose to approach things.
Finally, there are two bundles in the Tianqiu Valleyalthough we recommend approaching from the west and the Nantianmen waypoint for easier access.
Good luck in your Jueyun Chili hunts and enjoy the power of Xiangling and the healing vibrations of Yaoyao in your adventures.
