Fallout 76 has reached 21 million players, four million more players than last year.

Fallout 76 has been available for more than six years now. At first things didn't look good for the first open-world online role-playing game in the Fallout series.

But over the years, Bethesda Game Studios has continually improved the game and responded to player requests. There were 50 major patches and over 20 milestone updates free of charge.

There have been more than 21 million vault residents since its release on October 23, 2018. The developer announced this in an annual review article.

Compared to the last report almost a year ago, four million more players have come out of their bunkers and explored Appalachia.
