The Game Awards are fast approaching. As players continue to discuss nominations for each of the awards, as we tell you in this op-ed, companies are dropping whether they appear at the show with new announcements or not. So, while we have rumors that Xbox might not appear this year, Bandai Namco is starting to look very much like one of the protagonists, since we got to see a new preview of Tekken during the show.
But the first to officially confirm its participation was the distributor 505 Games, with a clear tweet in which it invites us to discover its new version at the Game Awards.
505 Games won’t miss the Game Awards
Thus, in this tweet from the official account, addressed to Geoff Keighley and The Game Awards, we see a trailer where the character of Michael Madden, known for his peers in Resorvoir Dogs and Kill Bill, appears. There we see a wallet that opens and a BIDI code appears which, once scanned, takes us to a website that invites us to visit Rockay City. On this website we can see another video playing in the background with a running timer which of course corresponds to The Game Awards.
