Granted, Xbox fans won’t be too happy with what they saw yesterday at The Game Awards gala, but we’re not talking about the huge selection of “World Firsts” and games announced for the console, but rather from a trailer or announcement from Xbox Game Studios, as many games are announced, but little is known about them.
And precisely after this disappointment of fans and another acquaintance journalist, Aaron Greenberg himself wanted to solve it in part by saying not to worry, with a comment that really got us thinking by saying that “timing is always key”. We don’t know if he’s referring to the fact that Xbox is planning their own event soon, since we haven’t heard anything major from them since Gamescom. Here is Greenberg’s tweet:
We have a lot planned to show and share an incredibly exciting year for 2023. People who enjoy are eager to learn and see more. Timing is always key, but don’t worry, you won’t have to wait too long for what lies ahead. 🙏🏻💚 https://t.co/d1dca2i2Nt

Is Greenberg giving us a teaser for an Xbox event?
The truth is, that’s what most of us or ourselves can read between the lines. Xbox Was Completely Absent From The Game Awards, Literally Not Presenting Anything. Not gameplay, not a date, or of course, a new game. Just a trailer for what’s coming in 2023 on Xbox Game Pass and with a quickly edited and running video. At this point, it surprises us so much that we don’t know if it’s due to the problems derived from the Activision acquisition or simply because they want to have a bigger role in another particular event.
In fact, Greenberg says it like it’s going to be this year, because you already know Christmas vacation is coming right now. The outings are running out, many are taking vacations, information is low and it’s not the best time to set up a whole specialized event. We will be very attentive to new information, because they could reveal it very soon.
