After the bumpy start of Season 2 in Halo Infinite, improvements are to follow, according to 343 Industries.
The start of Season 2: Lone Wolves last week did not go as the players and 343 Industries had imagined.
Community Manager John Junyszek and Head of Creative Joseph Staten commented on this on Twitter.
For example, the L ast Spartan Standing Challenges in the Halo Infinite Interference event were not being tracked correctly if players left the match too early. Improvements have already been made here and promises that the data will be recorded correctly, albeit possibly with a delay.
This week, some challenges will be downgraded. The conclusion should then grant two levels in the Event Pass.
As a small compensation, each player will also receive 5 XP Boosts and 5 Challenge Swaps if they log in during the event.
Players also seem to have voiced criticism about jumps in multiplayer, as well as strategy changes for speedruns in the campaign. The developer does not promise any guaranteed changes for this, but the feedback is taken seriously and possible options will be examined internally.
