Remedy Entertainment has taken note of fan requests for its award-winning film Alan Wake 2 and promises to add, as part of this year, a free update, one of the functions most requested by the community. It would arrive in spring in the northern hemisphere.
The game that has the unfortunate writer as protagonist will have a photo mode available, a function that comes after the “New Game Plus”, another of the most insistent requests from the community. Notably The title was a success from the first minute which not only resulted in significant sales figures for the Finnish studio, but also capitalized on the accolades achieved at various industry events, including the 2023 edition of The Game Awards.

Thanks to a publication in the official game account on Twitter/X and congratulating fans for sharing stunning captures of two of the title’s busiest locations, Remedy took the opportunity to confirm the arrival of the photo mode which would arrive between March 19 and June 20 of that same year.

Little is known about the DLC that the title will include, with the exception of the titles that they will carry: Night Springs and The Lake House.
