For the first time since 2013, a title in the series is returning to the market with EA Sports College Football 25, and this comeback has already paid off. This is what analyst Mat Piscatella from Circana explains in an X/Twitter post.
According to his analysis, EA Sports College Football 25 has already sold more games in the US in 2024 than Helldivers 2, which was at the top at times. EA Sports College Football 25 was only released in July. Helldivers 2 thus fell to second place in the US; Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Dragon’s Dogma 2 are hot on the heels of the title.
