Without a doubt, Among Us is one of the most popular indie games in the world, and one of those that fashioned a kind of social deduction subgenre in which one of the members of the team is a saboteur whose mission is to destroy the main attack systems. their companions, a situation that somewhat resembles what the developers of Innersloth are experiencing this weekend, at least in part.
Since last Friday, the game’s North American and European servers have been victims of a DDoS attack (denied service) which causes players to receive constant error messages when trying to enjoy an online game. Even if with humour how difficult it is to work on weekends (something we share as of this writing), from Innersloth they had to “shoot down” the game to fix the issue.
Looking for a solution to play Among Us
servers are still down as we work to fix the DDoS sabotage
they can turn on/off but will update you when we think they are stable, sorry!!! pic.twitter.com/vMmb74ttbJ

As of this writing, servers come and go and the devs themselves have reported that they are not stable yet, but they will let players know when that happens. It should be noted that the problem is not limited to a single platform but affects both console and PC players.
We hope the fix arrives soon and the support staff can get a well-deserved break over the weekend. For now, it’ll be time to keep trying and keep an eye on Innersloth’s social media to see how the resolution progresses.
