In addition to new story content, the neon network event brings with it a new game mode.
The Neon Network event will start in Apex Legends on July 25th and will run until August 8th inclusive. In addition to many cosmetic items for your characters, you get access to new game modes and new story content.
In the event you can earn the so-called calculation nodes, which count as event currency for this period. With these earned nodes you can not only buy skins, but also accelerate your progression of the season. You have to earn the coveted currency in non-ranked games, in which you try to find and plunder said nodes with a node tracker. You will then receive the calculated calculation nodes as currency at the end of the round.

You have a chance to get up to 24 cosmetic items, which are only available during the event period. If you have managed to get hold of all the objects, you will receive Valkyrie’s prestige skin “Apex Interceptor” for free on top.
