Elden Ring Producer Yasuhiro Kitao confirms around 30 hours of gameplay to complete the RPG’s main story.
Yasuhiro Kitao, Producer of Elden Ring, spoke in an interview about the role-playing game time it takes to complete the main story.
The game duration, which Kitaro describes as the main route, should therefore be 30 hours. At least that was the goal during development. As a whole, the world of Elden Ring is quite extensive and offers dozens of hours of play.
“This will vary greatly from player to player, but in terms of goals during development, the main route should be able to be completed in around 30 hours.”
“The game as a whole is quite massive and contains many dozens of hours of gameplay, but if we’re just talking about the main route, it shouldn’t take much longer than that.”
The producer also revealed that players can transfer their save for another playthrough in order to face tougher opponents.
Furthermore, you don’t have to explore all areas of the world to complete the game.
Finally, he said that 100% is technically impossible to achieve in one pass.
Elden Ring recently went Gold and will be released on February 25, 2022.
