A new chapter begins in the free-to-play MMORPG DC Universe Online in which you must face the Dark Knights of Perpetua.
DC Universe Online is an MMORPG which had its first release 11 years ago now. While it wasn’t cross-platform at launch, it’s now widely available and continues to be supported. In the newly delivered content you have to assert yourself against Perpetua and her Dark Knights.
Content will be developed and published episode by episode. The current episode is about Perpetua, the creator of the multiverse. She has escaped her prison, the Source Wall, and wants to destroy the good multiverse and siphon the energy from evil multiverse, with such power she would be unstoppable. To prevent this, the player must choose a team custom DC heroes and villains Team up and face off against Perpetua’s Dark Knights.
The Dark Knights episode brings new locations and characters along with additional story content. Places like Washington DC or the Hall of Justice will be barely recognizable and become the scene of various fights, e.g. B. against the laughing Batman. Other locations include, Earth 3 and New Apokolips. New characters include Darkfather and the Devastator.
For all the heroes that the player works for, he should of course be rewarded accordingly. New rewards include Wonder Woman and Batman’s Death Metal themed outfits, and daily gifts from Dr. Fate in the house of legends.
DC Universe Online is free-to-play, making all episodes available for free.
