Phil Spencer Talks About Bethesda Exclusive Games And The Future Of Zenimax Exclusivity!
In the current Bethesda Roundtable Live Stream, Xbox boss Phil Spencer commented on the exclusivity of Zenimax and Bethesda games and made it clear that the games from Bethesda – and all other Zenimax studios – will be exclusive to Xbox and all others in the future Platforms that support Xbox Game Pass will appear.
Phil Spencer made it clear in the stream on the topic of “exclusive Bethesda games”:
“This is about delivering great exclusive games to all Xbox customers – delivered on platforms that have Game Pass.”
It is now clear that in the future all Bethesda games will be published exclusively for Xbox consoles and on all platforms if they offer the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. A clear declaration of war – no ifs or buts! Exceptions are only for a few titles, such as Deathloop, which were agreed with other partners, such as Sony, before the takeover. Games that have already been delivered will of course continue to be supported on all other platforms.
