MechWarrior is back on the Xbox platform better than ever and we’re thrilled to have fans and new players alike experience the latest adventure in the BattleTech universe!
Why better than ever? Well, we’ve spent nearly a year in development implementing over 30 major updates to the base game based directly on feedback from our passionate MechWarrior community. This huge (and free) update covers a bit of everything, with quality of life improvements that make managing and customizing your mechs a breeze, user interface and game system adjustments, and new gameplay changes that add new bases and garrisons to explore and destroy as well as more variety and challenge during the game. If you’re ready for more of the mercenary life, this is it Heroes of the Inner Sphere DLC is waiting and we’ve taken a unique approach to content access – there is no gated content for this addition to the MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries Basic game. Whether you want a company or a friend who is not 100% sure that they want the DLC, a fellow mercenary can join a game hosted by a player who owns the DLC and all of the heroes the Inner Sphere experience campaign together.
As a special treat Mech Warrior 5 Xbox and Microsoft PC players will receive an exclusive Kobold Hero Mech. This mech comes with a custom equipment and paint job, as well as a Goblin AI pilot with new dialog.
