Hello everybody! We’re excited to share the news of an exciting new project we’ve been working on here at Kwalee. We’ve teamed up with Damage State, the talented team of three developers from Scotland, to release their gory new bullet hell first-person shooter scath.
We publish scath for Xbox Series X|S later in 2022 and we’re excited to finally be able to share the first official announcement trailer with you here, along with some late-breaking game news.
scath is an intense classic FPS with big guns and even bigger demons. You play as Scathe, Executor of the Legions of Hell, forged from the earth by the divine Creator himself. And you, like your fallen kin before you, must prove your worth by navigating a deviously crafted maze entangled at every turn and turn by demonic evil. So, grab your Hellhammer and get ready to unleash your almighty fury!
Quick reflexes are key to surviving the bullet hell maze that stands between you and your ascension. Rip apart the deadliest demons of the underworld and collect the Hellstones in the brutal single player campaign or drag your friends into gory action in the intense drop-in/drop-out online co-op gameplay.
Use Scathe’s brute strength and extreme speed to carve your way through Hell’s most grotesque abominations as you seek the Hellstones and defeat the almighty Wardens protecting them. It will require all your skills and Scathe’s insanely powerful arsenal of weapons to escape the deadly maze and survive the relentless attacks of the enemies bent on destroying you at every turn!
