Bloober Team presents Layers of Fears for Xbox Series

The title will only be released on next-gen consoles.

Bloober Team has just unveiled the third part of its (now) Layers of Fear trilogy. This new episode, soberly baptized Layers of fears (note the “S”), it will be closely related to the first game released in 2016. should go out exclusively for next-gen consoles and PC

and will use the engine EPIC’s Unreal Engine 5. In other words, it must be a game with great graphical quality when released. early 2023.

The first part took us to a haunted mansion. The second took us on a huge ocean liner. The next episode will take us back to basics. The haunted paintings from the first episode seem to be back in this episode with a new mansion full of spirits and traps of all kinds

. So yes, the two will certainly be linked by history. But the most important thing is to know where the second part is in the equation.

Bloober Team has become a benchmark study of the horror genre for a few years. We have great games released in recent years like The Observer, Blair Witch or the awesome The Medium. Therefore, Layers of Fears should be the next to establish Bloober Team in the pantheon of the genre.
