American tourist George Stobbart is thrilled to be in Paris. Sitting enjoying a latte in a charming café, George is startled by a clown who drops his accordion on a stool, causing a massive explosion that leaves the café destroyed. George narrowly escapes serious injury. Determined to uncover the killer clown’s motives and bring him to justice, George teams up with Parisian journalist Nico Collard. They soon become embroiled in an exciting adventure.

The sets were redrawn from line drawings originally drawn by Don Bluth’s modelers. Audio has also been improved to bring new levels of fidelity to the speech and legendary soundtrack composed by the late, great Barrington Pheloung.
