Overshield has your back
Building has been disabled, so it’s time to unleash a new defense: the Overshield. This new line of defense protects your health and shield from enemy fire. Taking too many hits will break the overshield, damaging your health and shields. Use objects on the field to take cover until the overshield can regenerate.

It’s an all-out sprint
We move faster than ever with increased (default) movement speed. This increase in movement speed also means faster sprinting, so use this to your advantage. Be sure to keep an eye on the new sprint meter before heading into battle. You never know when you’ll need to make a tactile escape.
Mantles: Stand up!
In the heat of battle, maintaining altitude is extremely important, and cloaking will help you maintain that advantage. Run – or jump – to a surface just out of normal range to grab the ledge and pull yourself up!

There is no time for door etiquette in Chapter 3 – Season 2. Sprinting (or sliding) into doors now opens them. Talk about a gig!
Turn the tide… with bars!
Your contribution from Bars is crucial in defending against the Imaginary Order, and it’s up to you to decide what gear will help us turn the tide. Do you prefer heavy or light turrets? Coordinate with your bars to install these turrets in various Pro-Resistance locations around the map.
Bars will also play an important role in building Armored Battle Buses and voting on weapons that shouldn’t be vaulted!

Keep an eye out for both Resistance and Imaginary Order gear. With the Resistance come things like the new Combat SMG, the Striker Burst Rifle, and a plethora of non-vaulted weapons.
Using the Imaginary Order gear against them might come in handy, so make sure you use IO machines well like the IO Airship, IO Titanium Tank, Siege Cannon and more.
Chapter 3 – Season 2 Battle Pass
This season’s Battle Pass includes Sorcerer Supreme and Master of the Mystic Arts, Doctor Strange. With the Chapter 3 – Season 2 Battle Pass you can unlock characters like Doctor Strange and characters like Tsuki 2.0, Gunnar, The Origin and more!
Later in the season, you can unlock the world-class criminal Prowler in the Battle Pass!
Customize your omni sword pickaxe
Chapter 3 – Season 2 Battle Pass owners can unlock the customizable Omni Sword Pickaxe. Complete his weekly quests to earn Omni Chips, which you can use to unlock new blades, guards, colors, and even pickaxe sounds. The Omni Sword Pickaxe can be customized in the Battle Pass tab.
