Available since September 7th Chernobyl will soon receive a free update for consoles. This will feature both new content and many expected fixes. However, we still have to wait a few more weeks before discovering this update.
It is on his Twitter account that the developer of Chernobyl announced the good news. The Farm 51 is actually set to introduce several new features to its terrible FPS on August 2nd, 2022. In the crowd we find both DLC for console players and a patch to solve several problems in the game.
Here are the details of the additions of this free update.
- Ghost Town: Contains a new Pripyat Residential map and new side missions
- Season 1 – Blue Falmes: includes new activities, new events and a new weapon (the crossbow)
- The Deadly Frost Pack: a winter skin for your weapons
- The Blue Flames pack: different skins to change the atmosphere of your hideout
This free update will be available for both Xbox consoles and PlayStation. New DLCs will follow in the coming months, starting with Season 2 Red Trees, which recently launched on PC.
