New update for EA SPORTS F1 22 brings sports liveries, updated driver ratings and Dia de Muertos content, among others.
Codemasters and Electronic Arts continue to bring sports authenticity and special items to fans of EA SPORTS F1 22. Based on the references provided by the Formula 1 teams, the game will bring an update to the sports livery on October 31st.
All teams, including new FIA Formula 1 Constructors’ World Champion Red Bull, have had various changes made to their cars relating to geometry, bodywork, sponsors and colours, as well as team kit, hospitality areas and garage look.
There is also the third update for the in-game driver ratings and special items designed to celebrate Halloween and FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO 2022.
Ahead of the Grand Prix, F1 will be 22 den day of the Dead Celebrate with exclusive in-game content inspired by the Mexican festival. A themed set that includes a car livery, racing suit, hat, helmet, and boots is included as VIP unlockable content in Podium Pass Series 3 through December 7th.
Fitting Halloween will be a special limited-time theme created by the grinning cat inspired from Alice in Wonderland is integrated into the game, which is free for all players. The Grin Wrap will be sent via in-game message and can be redeemed between October 31st and December 5th.
Supporting the Wonderland narrative and inspired by the character of the Queen of Hearts, fans can purchase the whimsical and customizable Wonderland Heart Set in the Item Shop from November 2nd to November 8th, which includes a wrap, helmet, suit and gloves.

Also this week, the studio released its third in-game driver ratings in collaboration with Formula 1 experts David Croft, Alex Jacques and Anthony Davidson to better reflect individual performance up to and including the 2022 FORMULA 1 HONDA JAPANESE GRAND PRIX.
