Released in 2014, Lords Of The F allen (see the review here) featured an age-old struggle between good and evil. A horde of undead, led by a fallen god, threatened to invade the world of the living. We were humanity’s last hope, an outcast of dubious morality named Harkins.
During Gamescom, CI Games announced a new game what part of this universe: The Lords of the Dead. Hexworks, a subsidiary of CI Games, is at the forefront of development. The studio has an executive producer Saul Gascony
is promised a “darker gameplay, faster, faster Souls-style combat”. The original title borrowed heavily from the From Software license, a more accessible version. And this new version could very well compete with Elden Ring, given its stated ambitions.
The Lords Of The Fallen is coming to Xbox Series X|SPlayStation 5 and Steam.
