The live-action Watch Dogs adaptation is in the can! Filming on the Watch Dogs movie has been completed.

Ubisoft and New Regency confirmed that they would be working on a live-action adaptation of Watch Dogs in March 2024. Filming began shortly thereafter in July 2024.

Sophie Wilde (Talk to Me) and Tom Blyth (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) are part of the cast, with Christie LeBlanc (Oxygen) writing the original screenplay.

Mathieu Turi served as director. It is worth noting that he will also direct a film based on A Plague Tale: Innocence from Asobo Studio.

An official release date for the live-action Watch Dogs adaptation has yet to be announced, but Ubisoft is celebrating the completion of filming via X (formerly Twitter).
