With today’s free update, our biggest since launch, we’re adding something substantial to the universe of Conan the Barbarian: Sorcery. That Age of Magic also adds a major overhaul of attributes and perks, as well as a brand new building interface and a creative mode that makes building easier than ever, especially on a controller.
To celebrate this great milestone, Conan in exile you can try for free from September 8th to 11th, even if you don’t have a Game Pass.

A dark shadow of magic
magic a Conan in exile is not your traditional high fantasy magic. It’s an insidious, stealthy affair that requires sacrifice, preparation, and a pinch of madness. From the beginning, our goal has been to balance the authenticity of Robert E. Howard’s stories with fun and satisfying gameplay.
Instead of shooting your enemies with fireballs, you’ll summon thick darkness to scare them. With the power of sacrificial blood, huge demons will bend to your will after you tear them from their realm and into yours. But beware, because every time you grab sorcery from the darkness, a little bit of it flows into you and corrupts your life force.
Power demands sacrifice
The more depraved you become, the less health and stamina you will have, and your body will appear more withered, with a strand of black veins snaking across your skin. That’s the cost of magic. But corruption also brings rewards. Some spells require a certain amount of corruption to cast, so you’ll need to sacrifice more to be a master of all sorcery.
Your Strength, Vitality, and Authority attributes can be imbued with Corruption, giving you access to powerful Corruption perks if you invest enough, and the first Corruption perk you receive in each of these attributes grows stronger the more you corrupt the attribute.
rituals
Rituals are the crafting element of sorcery, requiring preparation and the right circumstances. Construct a Sacrificial Stone to draw blood from Thralls, then use that blood in your summoning circle to spawn demonic armor and weapons.
Wizards are known and feared for their apparent ability to be in many places at once. The new Sorcery Crafting Stations allow you to teleport between portals you have set up in the Exiled Lands. You can also summon a winged monstrosity to carry you across the sky.
