A video shows the making of a painting featuring characters from Cuphead. The reason for the work was the physical release of Cuphead in Japan.
Studio MDHR & SUPERDELUXE GAMES commissioned a painting by well-known artist Yoshitaka Amano for the physical release of Cuphead in Japan.
A video with scenes of the creation of the work of art was published. Amano brings iconic characters from Cuphead to the screen in the style of classic fantasy RPGs. The painting also graces a music CD included with the first edition of the game.
