Cyberpunk 2077 CD Projekt RED’s latest controversial release has completed development. After four years of updates, controversy, and great redemption accompanied by dramatic expansion, she has reached her final station. With the recent announcement of the next opus of the famous saga The Witcherthe entire Polish studio has undergone a redeployment of personnel to bring the fourth opus of the saga to life.
Recently, the Polish studio announced that the development of Cyberpunk 2077 had ended. It is for this reason that the 400 workers in charge of the game got straight to work on the game which brings Adrzej Sapkowski’s novels to life. This makes the fourth part of the saga the project with the most developers in charge.
The Witcher 4: the sequel from CD Projekt RED
This information was revealed during the last investor meeting of the last fiscal quarter. Or It was also possible to know the number of workers assigned to each project. This changes the studio layout as follows:
- Project Orion (continuation of Cyberpunk 2077): 56 workers.
- Polaris Project (The Witcher 4): 403 employees.
- Cyberpunk 2077: 17 dev.
The small number of workers working on the Polish studio’s latest work will work on the game to release small bug fixing updates. On the other hand, the 56 in charge of its sequel will concentrate on the pre-production phase of the game until Project Polaris sees the light of day.
