There are a bunch of new rumors about Resident Evil 1 Remake. The game should be darker and more extensive. But there is more!
We have already reported on the rumors about the remake of the original Resident Evil. Now there are new ones Details about Resident Evil 1 Remake surfaced that is said to be in development and scheduled for release in January 2025.
Accordingly, Capcom is said to have planned some changes for the Resident Evil 1 remake and put a lot of effort into the first part. According to the latest rumors, the Resident Evil 1 remake will be “slower” and “continue to expand the game’s story.” So the game could be bigger than the other remakes in the series.
Due to the limited number of enemies in the remake, each zombie will have its own model. However, it takes more bullets to kill them than, for example, in Resident Evil 2 Remake. A different third-person camera will be used, which also reflects the slower pace of the game. And last but not least, there will no longer be pre-rendered backgrounds. A huge improvement in the graphics of the game can therefore be expected.
It seems that Capcom wants to make the remake of Resident Evil 1 much darker and expand it further with its own zombie models that are not repeated so often.
