Skybound Games And Red Hook Studios revealed via the official game account on X What Darkest Dungeon 2 Will Get a Physical Release. This edition will be available for Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switchbe Southern Games the one who is responsible for distributing it.
In addition to the game on disc (or card in the Switch version), the physical edition of Darkest Dungeon 2 will come with some extras. To begin with, we can build a complex model of diligence that we drive in the game. We will also have a code to retrieve the haunting soundtrack who accompanies us throughout the work.
Regarding the decision to release a physical edition of the game, Ian Howe, Social Director of Skybound Gamesstated the following:
We first reached out to Red Hook Studios last year to discuss releasing physical console versions of Darkest Dungeon 2. We shared a vision of building on the legacy of the first game, through a physical, collectible edition that fans of the game would enjoy. We hope players will love these boxes as much as we loved designing them.

The physical edition of Darkest Dungeon 2 will be available on October 22, 2024. Reservations are now open in stores in our country.
