New sci-fi horror has been announced for Dead by Daylight with End Transmission.

Behavior Interactive announces the new Dead by Daylight chapter, End Transmission, that brings sci-fi horror to the action horror game.

The new chapter brings with it the killer The Singularity and the survivor Gabriel Soma, as well as a new map that takes players to a mysterious planet.

The End Transmission Chapter will be available on June 13th on Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Games Store, Windows Store and Nintendo Switch.

Fear the unknown: a strange new world

In the new chapter of Dead by Daylight, End Transmission, players are invited to discover an alien planet. The new map, Toba Landing, leads into a unique biome with menacing flora and an atmosphere unlike anything on Earth.

The new map consists of three areas. The first consists of buildings left behind by a greedy corporation called Huxlee, whose goal was to explore and exploit new worlds. The second area is a menacing jungle and the third is the remains of an ancient civilization. Navigating this unknown world will be as much of a challenge as escaping the killer.

propagation and suction

The Singularity is an enlightened AI corrupted by alien technology that can spy on survivors anywhere on the map. She is an efficient, high-intellect killing machine, able to spread her presence through restructured organic matter using her biopods.

The singularity can place its biopods and transfer its consciousness onto vertical surfaces to spy on survivors and attempt to pull them into the suction to reform at their location. The pull effect causes the singularity to materialize behind a survivor and immediately give chase. A Survivor fully immersed will propagate the effect to other nearby Survivors.

Hope is the best defense

Gabriel Soma is an experienced technician who takes care of the ships’ escape pods and the people inside, as well as the Huxlee Center on Toba Landing. He is the sole survivor of a doomed mission.

In addition to his advanced dexterity and problem-solving skills, Gabriel can also use a tool called EMP, which can be found randomly around the map when facing the Singularity. The EMP can be used to temporarily disable the killer’s biopods or remove the pull effect on other survivors.

Extraterrestrial style

End Transmission brings two extraterrestrial outfits for the singularity and Gabriel Soma. The Singularity’s hybrid Huxlee cosmetic shows more robotic matter integrated into her body, while Gabriel Soma’s flight suit cosmetic provides him with protective gear intended for a Toba Landing rescue mission.

After the launch of End Transmission, more collections will be added to Dead by Daylight, including new Harbor Massacre cosmetics, Sinister Massacre cosmetics, and a Futuristic Collection.

The new Dead by Daylight chapter, End Transmission, will be available on June 13th on Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Games Store, Windows Store and Nintendo Switch.
