About the game:
Deceit 2 is a 4-9 player social deception game with matchmaking support set in a world where trust is hard to earn. You explore Millhaven Asylum either as an innocent desperate to escape or as an infected making plans in silence – all under the careful gaze of the game master, the puppeteer of this macabre play.
Deceit 2 is a mix of strategy, psychological warfare and action. Complete tasks, forge dubious alliances and unravel the web of trust and betrayal. With Game Master’s narrative twists, every moment is a dance on a knife’s edge.
Your journey in Deceit 2 is marked by awards and the mastery system that rewards your cunning and courage. Personalize your gameplay with a variety of offers from the in-game shop. Experience the game mechanics in demo mode and immerse yourself in the mysterious world of reels, a twist that adds additional strategic layers and depth.

How to take part:
- Sign in to your Xbox Series X|S console and Launch the Xbox Insider Hub app (or install the Xbox Insider Hub from the store first if necessary).
- Navigate to Previews > Fraud 2
- Choose Connect
- Wait for registration to complete. You should then be redirected to the store page to install the preview
NOTE: This preview is only available on Xbox Series X|S consoles.
NOTE: Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Play test times:
- begin: Thursday, December 15, 4:00 p.m. GMT (8:00 a.m. PT)
- End: Monday, December 18, 4:00 p.m. GMT (8:00 a.m. PT)

If you have any issues playing the Deceit 2 preview, don’t forget to use Report a Problem so we can investigate:
- Press and hold the Home button on your Xbox controller.
- Choose To report a problem.
- Choose games Category and Preview of Deceit 2 Subcategory.
- Complete the form with the appropriate information to assist our investigation.
