While development studios often post job vacancies, they sometimes contain some noteworthy information. We no longer count the announcements of new games or new projects shared through hiring announcements and Dlala Studios is a new example. The studio behind Battletoads is actually working on a new production for an already known license!
After reviving the funniest toads in video games, Dlala Studios resumes service with a license already installed. In fact, the UK developer has just posted two vacancies online. The first concerns an environmental artist and the second concerns a VFX artist. The common point? Both announcements mention intellectual property already established and both artists must be 2D specialists!
Dlala Studios consists of about twenty developers and is used to working with different partners. Microsoft, but also Disney and Team17 were among their customers. Additionally, the studio continues to work with Rare to create various assets for Sea Of Thieves. Will this new project be linked to the legendary Conker developer’s license catalog? Or will it be a resurrection from another publisher? The bets are open! Don’t hesitate to let us know in the comments about the licenses you’d like to bring back to the fore!
