After releasing the demo of the fan-made remake of Dino Crisis, the talented independent designer xHARDHeMPuS surprises us with The Day of Survival, a game created by fans inspired by Sony’s Days Gone, available for free on PC.
This new project, designed by the amateur developer, immerses itself in the post-apocalyptic world of zombies, taking as a reference the open-world shooter Bend from Sony and other representatives of the genre. In The Day of Survival, players will take on the role of a warrior who has survived the zombie chaos.

Unlike other games, this open-world survival horror doesn’t have a main campaign, but it makes up for it with an expansive, detailed map that offers plenty of objectives and secrets. Players will be able to explore abandoned buildings, Resource-filled industrial complexes and quaint shops hidden deep in the forest.
The freedom of exploration is tested by the waves of zombies that players will have to face. The key is to choose wisely which regions of the map to visit to obtain the resources, weapons, and ammo needed to survive the constant siege of the undead.
