coming out of the Dragon Ball: The Breakers Announcing the October 14 release date, it was great to see the deep passion of Dragon Ball fans.
We also got a chance to experience this fandom in person while exhibiting at San Diego Comic-Con after showcasing Frieza as one of the playable Raiders in the game in our last trailer. Several fans at the event expressed their excitement at the ability to play as this Dragon Ball enemy and be in this Seat of Power.
So what does it mean to play as the Emperor of the Universe in our new asymmetric online action game?
General game overview
in the Dragon Ball: The Breakers, players immerse themselves in an experience as Survivors, forming a team of seven regular individuals against an exceptionally powerful enemy known as the Raider. Think of the great time you had playing hide and seek as a kid, but now you can play a more sophisticated, more exciting version with higher stakes and Dragon Ball elements online!
Survivors in the game start without their own powers, but with the help of various items hidden on the field, they have a chance to escape from the raider’s impending doom. One way is to equip Transpheres, which contains a warrior’s soul, and meet certain requirements to be able to use the abilities of various Dragon Ball characters. This allows players to temporarily transform and use the legendary hero’s power to oppose the raider. Work alone to get out of the game alive, or work together with your fellow survivors to emerge victorious!
On the other hand, the raider’s way to win the match is to wipe out all survivors on the map. Coming back to hide-and-seek, if you were the seeker, you would have all the power to take other players out of the game by finding them – in this case, just make sure you take them out !
They start out with an initial form and then progress as they complete certain objectives that unlock new abilities for them to use.
Playing as a Raider gives you a chance to take the abilities of well-known Dragon Ball characters into your own hands, such as: B. the special moves of Cell or Frieza.
Robber: Frieza
The Space Emperor is ready to rule over all remaining survivors and wipe them out. How this is accomplished is up to you as the Raider of the Match!
Start the match in Frieza’s first form, which includes a unique Scouter ability only available in this form, or use his other abilities Zarbon and Dodoria to seek out and attack survivors.
Evolve into his second, third, and fourth forms by filling the Rage meter. As you switch forms, you’ll get a feel for using this tech raider with progressively more powerful attacks and super attacks.
In Frieza’s Fourth Form, his Ultimate Attack known as “This Planet Will Die” will obliterate a large portion of the playfield and take out any survivors within its radius!
