Originally planned for spring 2020, then for December 7th, 2021, Dying light 2 is finally expected on February 4th. And this time it seems to be the right thing! In fact, Techland developed the title “Gold”. The game is therefore ready to be copied to physical media and will be marketed in just over two months.
Excellent news if you know how complicated it was to develop. Aside from the health crisis that is affecting all video game studios and many other businesses, Dying light 2 suffered many important changes during its creation. Chris Avell one, the project’s screenwriter, has been charged with harassment. This was followed by that of Pawel Selinger, artistic director and also author of the screenplay for the title. In the end, the developers admitted to announcing the game way too early.
But in the last few months everything seems to be back to normal. The trailers follow one another, the news rains and Dying light 2 never ceases to reveal itself. In addition, 15 minutes of gameplay will be presented on December 2nd at 9:00 p.m. Finally, on the title’s official Twitter account, the developers expressed their joy and gratitude for the players’ support.
