EA SPORTS College Football 25 presents the cover and a reveal trailer!
Electronic Arts presented the cover and the reveal trailer as part of the presentation of the game EA SPORTS College Football 25.
Three current college football stars appear on the cover: Michigan running back Donovan Edwards, Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers and Colorado wide receiver/defensive back Travis Hunter.
Fans can experience the variety of gameplay at 134 FBS schools and immerse themselves in the iconic atmospheres of college football when EA SPORTS College Football 25 launches worldwide on July 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
“Donovan, Quinn and Travis are exceptional talents who impressed and entertained millions of college football fans on the field last season and will do so again this year,” said Daryl Holt, SVP and Group GM, EA SPORTS.
“We are proud to include thousands of current athletes in College Football 25, and featuring these three playmakers and their iconic college programs on the cover is a perfect start to a new era of EA SPORTS and college football. I can’t wait for the world to learn more about the game tomorrow.”
All of the cover stars achieved notable success last season: Edwards excelled in the Michigan Wolverines’ national title win and became the first player in College Football Playoff (CFP) history to score two rushing touchdowns of over 40 yards in the Finals.
Ewers, one of the best college quarterbacks in the country, led the Texas Longhorns to a 12-2 record and a Big 12 Championship, while Hunter is one of the most exciting two-way players in college football history and the only FBS one player to record both 100 receiving yards and an interception in the same game in the last 20 seasons.
“EA SPORTS games are legendary and seeing myself on the cover of College Football 25 is truly surreal,” said Donovan Edwards. “It is a great honor to join the ranks of great Michigan players featured at an EA SPORTS College Football game and to continue this tradition.”
“It is such an honor to represent the Burnt Orange on the real and virtual playing fields. EA SPORTS games were the first place I was able to live out my childhood dream of playing for the Longhorns, so being on the cover of EA SPORTS College Football 25 is a real highlight,” said Ewers.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of EA SPORTS College Football 25 and represent my Buffaloes on the cover of a game with so much excitement behind it,” said Hunter. “I can’t wait to play and see myself, my teammates and my school in the game.”
