Reuters reports that Sony is in talks to acquire Kadokawaa Japanese publishing conglomerate. Among its many editorial assets is the property of From the software the studio responsible for games like Dark souls, Ancient Ring and armored core. Kadokawa is a Japanese conglomerate and media center that currently owns the majority of shares in the studio.
